Pressure Fitting Modification
Modifying Line Pressure Plug
If your shop does not have an adaptor to check ZF line pressure, it is easy to modify the line pressure plug. First remove the line pressure plug. Now drill an 11/32 hole thru the plug. Then thread the plug using a 1/8" pipe thread tap (figure 1). You can now use the old plug as an adaptor.
When your finished, use a standard 1/8" pipe plug to seal the hole (figure 2).
