SUBJECT: RESOLVING MICHELIN TIRE COMPLAINTS/CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
Complaints or customer inquiries regarding Michelin tires should be referred to:
1. The local Michelin tire-dealer listed under "Tire Dealers, retail" in the telephone yellow pages.
2. If not resolved satisfactorily, refer the customer to the Michelin tire distributor listed in the customer's tire warranty booklet, shown below for your convenience:
Anytime you see damage to your tires or wheels, visit any Michelin tire dealer at once. If further assistance is required, contact the local Michelin Distribution Center.
