Final Assembly

1. Install detonation sensors after coating threads with Loctite or equivalent and torque to 12 ft. lbs.
2. Install water manifold and water pump. Torque bolts to 10 and 13 ft. lbs., respectively.
3. Install valve covers and gaskets. Torque bolts to 10 ft. lbs.
4. Install intake manifold.
5. Install exhaust manifolds with new gaskets. Torque bolts to 13 ft. lbs.
6. Remove engine from stand and place on support .0134 A. Remove plate .0134 E1, pillars .0134 E2, and clamps .0134 E3.
7. Install seal on rear plate, then install rear plate onto engine torquing bolts to 13 ft. lbs. Coat lower crankcase gasket plane with class 1 silicone sealing compound.
8. Install flywheel, coat bolts with Loctite or equivalent and torque to 35 ft. lbs. Install flywheel lock.
9. Install clutch disc using tool .0210, then the clutch mechanism. Torque bolts to 15. ft. lbs.
