Alarm
The Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) feature will cause 2 minutes of headlamp flashing and intermittent horn activation if any of the following events occur while the system is armed.^ Any door is opened.
^ The ignition is turned to the "RUN" or "ON" positions.
^ The liftgate lock cylinder is removed from the liftgate.
^ An impact to the vehicle occurs in excess of the precalibrated level of shock necessary for window breakage.
^ The transmitter alarm button is pressed.
Important
^ If the transmitter alarm button is pressed, the interior lamps will illuminate, the horn will sound intermittently and the headlamps will flash for 2 minutes until:
- The alarm button is pressed again.
- The ignition key is turned to the "RUN" or "ON" positions.
