Arming With the Key

The alarm system will arm when the key is used to lock the doors. The security indicator lamp will illuminate indicating that the system is arming. After all doors and the liftgate are closed and locked, the security indicator lamp will begin flashing at a very slow rate indicating that the system is armed.
