Remote Alarm

One press of the "ALARM" button on the RKE Transmitter will cause the remote alarm feature to enable or disable. When enabled, the remote alarm feature will cycle the Horn and Park Lamps for 2 minutes or until disabled. The remote alarm feature will be disabled when the Ignition Switch is turned to the "RUN" or "ACCESSORY" position. If the content theft alarm is active when the "ALARM" button is pressed, then the content theft alarm will be deactivated. Note however, that the content theft deterrent feature will remain armed.
