Replacement, Engine Overhaul

REMOVAL
1. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector nuts.





2. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector.





3. Remove the oil pump bolt.
4. Remove the oil pump.
5. Remove the drive rod.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the oil pump and drive rod.
2. Install the oil pump bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the crankshaft oil deflector.
4. Install the crankshaft oil deflector nuts.
^ Tighten the nuts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
