Automatic Level Control Air Compressor







REMOVAL
Remove or disconnect the following:
1. Battery ground (negative) cable.
2. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
3. Automatic level control air compressor filter from under body rail (squeeze clips on side of filter and pull filter out of hole in rail).
4. Automatic level control air compressor filter hose from clip on electrical harness.
5. Bolt/screw retaining auto level control air compressor to vehicle.
6. Nuts retaining auto level control air compressor to vehicle. Let auto level control air compressor hang from vehicle by hook on the auto level control air compressor bracket.
7. Air line from air dryer.
8. Vehicle electrical harness from auto level control air compressor electrical connector.
9. Auto level control air compressor from vehicle by rotating auto level control air compressor 90° to disengage bracket hook.

INSTALLATION
Install or connect the following:
1. Hang auto level control air compressor to vehicle using hook on auto level control air compressor bracket.
2. Vehicle electrical harness to auto level control air compressor electrical connector.
3. Air line to air dryer.
4. Auto level control air compressor to under body with nuts and bolt/screw.
^ Tighten:
- Nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
- Bolt/screw to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Automatic level control air compressor filter to under body rail.

NOTE: Filter must be snapped completely into rail to prevent water entry into auto level control air compressor.

6. Automatic level control air compressor filter hose to clip on electric harness.
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Battery ground (negative) cable.
