Remote Activation Verification (RAV)

The Body Control Module (BCM) provides a Remote Activation Verification (RAV) feature, which supplies feedback to the operator during the start and finish of certain Remote Function Actuation (RFA) commands. When the RCDLR receives a valid transmitter message, the BCM will command certain functions depending on the remote activation verification (RAV) mode. The BCM has 4 RAV modes of operation.
