Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

^ TOOLS REQUIRED
- J 38185

1. Partially drain the coolant.





2. Disconnect the inlet hose from the thermostat housing using the J 38185.
3. Disconnect the inlet hose from the radiator using the J 38185.
4. Remove the inlet hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the inlet hose in position and align the marks on the hose.
2. Connect the inlet hose to the radiator using the J 38185.
3. Connect the inlet hose to the thermostat housing using J 38185.

IMPORTANT: To properly fill the system you must use of the air bleed vents.

4. Refill the coolant.
