Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Panel Replacement

TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the IP insulator.
2. Remove the knee bolster.
3. Remove the IP accessory trim plate.
4. Position the tilt steering wheel to the lowest position.




5. Pull on the IP cluster trim plate in order to release the clips that secure the IP cluster trim plate to the instrument panel.Begin near the headlamp switch and work toward the center of the vehicle IP cluster trim plate.
6. Remove the IP cluster trim plate from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the IP cluster trim plate to the instrument panel.
2. Align the IP cluster trim plate clips to the slots in the instrument panel.
3. Push the IP cluster trim plate clips into the slots in the instrument panel until fully seated.
4. Reposition the steering column to the original position.
5. Install the knee bolster.
6. Install the IP insulator.
7. Install the IP accessory trim plate.
