Shift Rail & Fork Assemblies

INSPECTION

Refer to accompanying image for shift rail and fork assemblies.

1. Clean assemblies with suitable solvent and blow dry using low pressure compressed air.

2. The components that comprise the 1/2, 3/4 and 5th gear and reverse shift rail and fork assemblies are serviceable as an assembly only.

3. Inspect all components for excessive wear and/or damage. Replace worn or damaged components as required.
