T..V. Exhaust Valve - Incorrect Mention of Component

Subject: T..V. EXHAUST VALVE - 1982-1983 THM 700-R4 TRANSMISSION

The T.V. exhaust valve, which is shown in your 1983 Service Manual, was never put into production on any THM 700-R4 transmission.

Delete any reference to the T.V. exhaust valve.

Should the T.V. cable become disconnected or even break, the resulting condition would be early or soft shifts.
