250C Auto Transmission

1. Remove oil seal rings and selective thrust washer from pump hub. Some models are equipped with needle thrust bearings.

Note: Do not remove forward clutch teflon oil seal rings, unless damaged.





2. Remove pump cover and stator shaft assembly from pump
body.





3. Remove pump gears.





4. Replace all seals.





5. Install needle thrust bearing, if equipped, on pump cover with lip facing downward.





6. Oil pump disassembled. Reverse procedure to assemble. Torque pump to cover bolts to 15 ft. lbs.
