Subject: CORRECTED 2-4 SERVO PIN TORQUE SPECIFICATION - ALL 1983 VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 700-R4 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS
The 2-4 Servo Pin Selection Procedure found on page 700-R4-8 of the Transmission Disassembly Section, reflects the incorrect torque specification in Step C. It should state, "install a torque wrench and apply 11 N-m (100 in.lbs.)".
