Subject: AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 250C UNIT REPAIR - REVISED REASSEMBLY PROCEDURE - 1983 SERVICE MANUAL
The following is a revision to the Automatic Transmission 250C Unit Repair Section. Page 250C-25, Step #28 should be revised to read:

After pump assembly is completely installed, adjust intermediate band. Tighten adjusting screw to 3.7 N-m (30 in.lbs.) and then back off three
(3) complete turns. While holding screw in position, tighten lock nut to 20.3 N-m (5 ft.lbs.) (Figure 250C-90).
