When sending a diesel engine injection pump to a Roosa Master Agency for repair, it is extremely important to be sure the condition being experienced is listed. Without this information, it is virtually impossible to make proper repairs. The warranty claim form (7201-191) must be filled out and accompany the injection pump when warranty repairs are requested. It is suggested that this form also be used for out-ofwarranty repairs as it contains all the information needed to effect a repair.
