Rear Suspension - Rattle Noise

Subject: RATTLE REAR SUSPENSION AREA 1984 6000 VEHICLES

A rattle condition may be experienced from the right rear suspension area on some 6000 vehicles equipped with the optional rear mounted power antenna.. This condition may be caused by the antenna cable metal connector contacting the top of the right rear inner wheelhouse weld flange.




To eliminate the rattle, use clip 4614452 to attach cable to wheelhouse flange as illustrated.
