Part I - Service Procedure

1. Raise vehicle on hoist.

2. Remove wheel nuts from each wheel.

3. Remove each wheel and tire assembly from vehicle.

4. Carefully remove each wheel center cap (1985 vehicles only.)

5. Remove tire from each wheel.

6. Install tire on each new wheel.

7. Install center cap on each new wheel (new caps supplies for 1984 wheels only).
8. Balance each new tire and wheel assembly.

9. Install new front tire/wheel assemblies and new rear tire/wheel assemblies onto vehicle.

NOTE: Front and rear wheels are different. Insure that wheels are installed in proper locations.

10. Using care to prevent nut damage, re-torque each wheel lug nut to 80-110 N-m (59-81 ft.lbs.).

11. Lower hoist.
