Low or High Shift Points

1. Throttle valve cable binding or disconnected.

2. Throttle valve or shift throttle valve binding.

3. Number 1 throttle shift check ball improperly installed or missing.

4. Throttle valve plunger, 1-2 or 2-3 throttle valves binding.

5. Valve body gaskets improperly installed or missing.

6. Pressure regulator valve binding.

7. Throttle valve exhaust number 5 check ball and lifter, improperly installed, disconnected or missing.

8. Throttle lever binding, disconnected or loose at valve body mounting bolt or not positioned at the throttle valve plunger bushing pin locator.

9. Governor shaft to cover seal broken or missing.

10. Governor cover O-rings broken or missing. Outer ring Will leak externally and the inner ring will leak internally.

11. Case porosity.

12. Missing pump body check ball 2-3 only.
