All instrument cluster components except the speedometer will continue to be serviced in the normal manner. Replacement parts should be obtained through WDDGM with the exception of the speedometer, which must be serviced through the eight AC-Delco authorized Electronic Instrument Cluster Service Centers listed in this bulletin.

Note: Kent-Moore Tool #J-33431-B, Signal Generator and Instrument Panel Tester, will aid in the diagnosis of speedometer, tachometer, fuel economy displays, fuel level, oil pressure and temperature, and coolant temperature gages and telltale displays. Electronic clusters can also be diagnosed with this tool.
