GMSPO is currently marketing an aftermarket dealer installed alarm system that is not an OEM factory installed option. GMSPO warrants the parts only for 36/36 and the labor 90 days/4,000 miles.
All warranty claims processing and handling for this alarm system is to be routed through GMSPO. The labor operation T3163 which was previously issued to accommodate this claim situation has been rescinded effective with credit cycle #721 and will reject for reason #31, Labor Operation Missing/Incorrect/Not on File.
