Affected: 1980 - 1989 MODELS WITH 2.5L
When servicing the cam and/or crank gears on 2.5L engines, recommended that a new gear set kit be used to replace the individual gears. The gear kit is comprised of a set of cam and crank gears for improved wear resistance.

IMPORTANT: The cam/crank gear kit should be installed any time the cam or crank gears need to be replaced.
