Ties Up

1. Forward clutch not releasing due to burned clutch plates, piston seal ring missing or sticking exhaust check ball.

Slippage

1. Low line pressure in reverse.

2. Restricted case to lo and reverse clutch housing cup plug assembly.

3. Lo and reverse clutch piston or seal leakage.

4. Lo and reverse pipe O-ring or washer damaged or missing.

5. Incorrect gasket for driven sprocket support height.

6. Lo 1st orifice in spacer plate plugged or missing.

7. Burned direct clutch.

8. Burned lo and reverse clutch.
