The following 1987 cluster information is supplied to provide you with a service parts exchange procedure.

6000 AND STE (Warranty and Non-Warranty)

All 1984 STE and all 1985-87 6000 series instrument clusters are serviced only by Nippondenso Sales, Inc.

Electronic display clusters are serviced through Nippondenso by whole cluster exchange only. DO NOT attempt any internal repairs on these electronic clusters.

For quartz clusters, ONLY, the speedometer and odometer are exchanged through Nippondenso. All other replacement parts (except the DIC processor) should be obtained through WDDGM.

1.. 6000 and STE DIC Processor
The exchange unit DIC processor is P/N 25084608. It is available only through SPECMO Instrument Service (see attached list of service locations).
