1. Restricted air intake duct to turbocharger compressor.
2. Restricted exhaust system.
3. Exhaust gas leak at exhaust manifold.
4. Exhaust gas leak in turbine inlet to exhaust manifold.
5. Restricted turbocharger oil drain line.
6. Restricted PCV system.
7. Restricted turbocharger center housing.
8. Internal engine problem; engine blow-by, worn or damaged pistons, rings or valves.
9. Dirt on compressor wheel and or diffuser vanes.
10. Damaged turbocharger.
