Subject: TURBOCHARGER REPLACEMENT
In order to better understand the conditions which are experienced with the turbochargers in the 1988 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, it is now required that a TAC Case be opened on any vehicle that requires turbocharger replacement.

The TAC Case must be opened prior to any turbocharger replacement and a copy of the TAC form must be attached to the scrapping copy of the repair order.

This policy is effective immediately and will continue until further notice.
