REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Discharge A/C System.
2. Drain cooling System.
3. Hoist vehicle.
4. Heater hoses at core.
5. Drain tube.
6. Block fitting at evaporator and discard O ring seals.
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Sound insulators.
9. Console assembly and inner compartment.
10. Lower heating duct and hoses.
11. Heater core covers (2).
12. Heater core.
13. Evaporator cover.
14. Evaporator core.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core.
NOTE: If there are no signs of excessive leakage, add 59.1 ml (2 fl oz) of compatible refrigerant oil.
2. Evaporator cover.
3. Heater core.
4. Heater core covers.
5. Heating duct and hoses.
6. Sound insulators.
7. Console assembly and inner compartment.
8. Hoist vehicle.
9. Block fitting using new "0" ring seals.
10. Drain tube.
11. Heater hoses at core.
12. Lower vehicle.
13. Refill cooling system. Evacuate and recharge A/C system (charge system with 1.02 kg (2.25 lbs.) of R12.
