DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove distributor cap and rotor.
2. Mark tang drive and shaft for assembly reference.
3. Remove spring, then drive roll pin from tang drive and remove shaft assembly, Fig. 3.
4. Remove C-washer, then the pickup coil assembly, Fig. 4.
5. Disconnect electrical from module, then remove module attaching screws and the module, Fig. 5.




ASSEMBLY
1. Clean distributor base and module, then apply suitable silicone lubricant between module and base.
2. Secure module to distributor with attaching screws, then connect electrical connector to module.
3. Install pickup coil assembly, then the shaft, drive components and roll pin.
4. Rotate shaft and ensure teeth do not touch.
5. Loosen, then tighten pickup coil teeth to eliminate contact.
6. Install distributor rotor and cap.
