Splash Shield - A/C Compressor

FIGURE 1:

Install:

1. Hoist Car

2. Place template at frame rail and align hole number 1 on template with existing hole number 1 on frame rail.

3. Align cut out portion of template with raised section of frame rail and mark location of holes 2 and 3 on frame rail.

4. Drill holes 2 and 3 with 1/4" drill bit.

5. Position splash shield on inboard side of frame rail and upper side of radiator cross member. Align holes 1, 2, and 3.

6. Note location of hole 4 and mark at radiator crossmember.

7. Drill hole number 4 with 1/4" drill bit.

8. Install J nuts on splash shield.

9. Position splash shield and install screws.
