Rough or Delayed 2-3 Shift

1. Shift linkage improperly adjusted.
2. Incorrect or improperly adjusted T.V. cable.
3. Low oil level.
4. Improper oil pressure.
5. Plugged accumulator exhaust port if direct clutch.
6. Direct clutch exhaust No. 1 check ball missing or improperly positioned.
7. Binding plunger and throttle valve.
