Valve Block Assembly

Fig. 96 Removing Valve Block Assembly:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Depressurize accumulator, refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE/DEPRESSURIZING HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR procedure.
3. Remove hydraulic unit, then the three nuts and washers from valve block as shown in Fig. 96.
4. Remove valve block assembly and O-rings by sliding valve block off studs.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Reactivate Delco-Loc radios by turning ignition and radio to the On position, then pressing the Mute button on the steering wheel control.
