Differential Assembly: Testing and Inspection

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove rear axle drain plug.
2. Fill fluid until it reaches bottom of drain hole with S.A.E. 80-90 weight GL-5 gear lubricant or equivalent.
3. Torque drain plug to 24 ft. lbs.
