On models with pulse wipers, disconnect pulse control module and connect motor and switch harness electrical connectors together, then recheck system. If problem is corrected, module is defective. Refer to Figs. 11 through 14 to operate motor independent of vehicle wiring.

1. Defective cover board.
2. Defective motor.

Wiper Won't shutoff
1. Defective cover board.
2. Defective park switch.

Blades Cycle In & Out of Park
1. Defective park switch.

Wiper Has High Speed Only & Won't Delay
1. Defective cover board.
2. Defective motor.
3. Defective Park switch.

Wiper Inoperative In Delay
1. Defective cover board.

Wiper Has Low Speed Only
1. Defective motor.

Wiper Intermittent
1. Defective motor.
2. Gear train damaged.
