1989 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX - SECTION 10

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Door handle cover assembly. Refer to DOORS (Section 10-5) in the service Manual.

2. Lock rod from lock cylinder.

3. screw securing lock cylinder to door.

4. Lock cylinder, spacer and theft deterrent shield.

5. Door trim panel. Refer to DOORS (Section 10-5) in the Service Manual.

6. Screws from switch and door.

7. Connector

8. Lamp assembly, switch and harness from door.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Lamp assembly, switch and harness to door.

2. Screws to switch and door.

3. Connector.

4. Door trim panel. Refer to DOORS (Section 10-5) in the Service Manual.

5. Theft deterrent shield, spacer and lock cylinder.

6. Screw

- Tighten
- Screw to 10 N-m (89 lb. in.)

7. Lock rod to lock cylinder.

8. Door handle cover assembly. Refer to DOORS (Section 10-5) in the Service Manual.
