The High Mileage Program provides approximately 600 customer vehicles free maintenance and repairs, subject to certain contract restrictions, for six years/100,000 miles. These vehicles are assigned to designated dealerships located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Michigan. The information supplied by these vehicles is used by design engineers to improve product reliability.

Only designated dealerships should service High Mileage Program vehicles on a regular basis. However, if a customer is vacationing or traveling it may be necessary for a non-participating dealership

to perform repairs or maintenance. In these cases, the following steps should be followed:

1. Verify vehicle is enrolled in program. The customer should show their identification card or program contract. A sample of the card, see illustration.

2. Contact the Field Engineer in the customer's home state to receive claim handling instructions. If the customer's assigned field engineer is unavailable, call one of the other offices. Field engineers can be contacted at these numbers:

Arizona (602) 895-7965

Colorado (303) 470-0039

Florida (407) 383-4921

Michigan (616) 664-5815

Maintenance operations require special labor operation numbers and failure codes supplied by these engineers. Dealers are asked to forward repair orders and replaced parts available (if required) to the assigned field engineer.

3. If none of the four field engineers are available, contact the Dealer Assistance Center (DAC) for further instructions. They can provide you the number of the High Mileage Program Manager.
