Without Bleeder Screw

1. Remove hydraulic actuator cylinder from transaxle.
2. Loosen master cylinder mounting nuts to end of studs. Do not remove master cylinder.
3. Remove reservoir cap and diaphragm.
4. Clean dirt and grease from cap to ensure no foreign substances enter system.
5. Depress hydraulic actuator cylinder pushrod approximately 20.0 mm (0.787") into actuator cylinder bore and hold.
6 .Install diaphragm and cap on reservoir while holding actuator cylinder pushrod in as described.
7. Release actuator cylinder pushrod.
8. Hold actuator cylinder vertically with pushrod end facing ground.

Important: Actuator cylinder should be lower than master cylinder.

9. Press pushrod into actuator cylinder bore with short 10.0 mm (0.390") strokes.
10. Inspect reservoir for air bubbles.
11. Continue until air bubbles are no longer entering reservoir.
12. Install actuator cylinder on transaxle.
13. Install master cylinder mounting nuts.
14. Inspect fluid in reservoir to be level with step. Fill reservoir with Delco Supreme fluid or equivalent DOT 3 fluid.
