CODE 51


Check that all pins are fully inserted in the socket and that the MEM-CAL is properly latched. If OK, replace the MEM-CAL, clear memory and recheck. If Code 51 reappears, replace ECM.

NOTICE: To prevent the possibility of electrostatic discharge damage to the ECM or Mem-Cal, DO NOT touch component leads, and DO NOT remove the integrated circuit from carrier.


Clear Codes and confirm "Closed Loop" Operation and No "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" Light.
