Buzzing Sound when Rear Defogger is "ON" (Replace Timer Relay, Breaker and Terminal(s) Using Kit)

1989-94 Pontiac Sunbird

Condition

Some owners may comment on a buzzing sound when the rear defogger is "ON".

Cause

The circuit breaker may cause the rear defogger timer relay to cycle "ON" and "OFF" (i.e. buzz). This may cause a thermal condition which will anneal the circuit breaker fuse block terminals.

Correction

Use kit, P/N 22638225, to correct the condition.
