REMOVAL
1. Remove crankshaft gear and timing belt rear cover.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from oil pressure switch.
3. Remove oil pan as described under OIL PAN.
4. Remove oil filter, then the pickup tube and oil pump, Fig. 11.
5. Remove crankshaft front oil seal.

INSTALLATION
1. Install oil pump using a new gasket.
2. Install pickup tube and support using a new O-ring.
3. Install oil pan, then a new front seal using tool No. J36534 or equivalent.
4. Install new oil filter, then reconnect oil pressure switch electrical connector.
5. Install rear timing belt cover and crankshaft gear.
