The incorrect heater outlet duct could be installed if the car is equipped with a console.

CORRECTION:


A console equipped car heater duct, Part Number 25557578, has the driver's side outlet half covered so the air will not blow into the console. A non-console car heater duct, Part Number 25537359, has both outlets open. See Figure 1.


The duct is retained by two (2) screws that can be removed through the ashtray opening.
