Owner Reimbursement and Recording Completion

OWNER REIMBURSEMENT

Customer claims for reimbursement on previously paid repairs to correct a lack of sufficient guide track rail lubricant are to be submitted by August 31, 1995 ( the time limitation for presenting the original paid receipt may be longer depending upon the law in your state). Owners must submit original documentation which reasonably confirms the amount of unreimbursed repair expense(s), a description of the repair, and the person or entity performing the repair. Reimbursement amounts of $1,000.00 or less can be processed by the dealer. If the amount exceeds $1,000.00 an Owner Reimbursement Form 7201-039 must be forwarded to an processed by the Zone Office.

RECORDING COMPLETION

Repairs submitted for vehicles not involved in the campaign will not be paid.

Campaign completion will be recorded from "PROPERLY COMPLETED AND PAID WARRANTY CLAIMS." Owners are being asked to present the owner reply card for identification to their dealer at the time they bring in their vehicle to have the campaign performed.
