Manual Climate Controls

^ Try the following checks before doing the System Checks.

1. Check Instrument Panel (I/P) Fuse Block Fuse 17 by visual inspection.
2. Check RH underhood Fuse Block Fuse 3 by visual inspection.
3. Check that ground G103 is clean and tight.
4. Check that Blower Motor connector and Blower Relay are mated correctly and firmly seated.
