Programmer Assembly & Temperature Valve Link:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

- Disable SIR system, Refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts / Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems). Air Bag Systems

1. Instrument Panel (I/P) assembly.

2. Electrical connector from air mix valve actuator.

3. Electrical connector and vacuum harness from programmer.

4. Screws and programmer from vehicle.

ADJUST

- Before connecting temperature valve link rod during installation, do "Temperature Valve Link Adjustment" procedure. Refer to procedure under Adjustments. Adjustments

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Screws after positioning programmer.

Tighten Screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb. in.).

2. Electrical connector to air mix valve.

3. Electrical connector to programmer.

4. Nut after positioning vacuum harness to programmer.

Tighten Nut to 1.4 Nm (12 lb. in.).

5. I/P assembly.

- Enable SIR system, Refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts / Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems). Air Bag Systems
