Refer to Figs. 7, 8 and 9, for ride height specifications and measurement locations. Check ride height as follows:
1. Ensure vehicle is on level ground.
2. Ensure tires are inflated to proper pressures.
3. Fuel tank should be full to obtain accurate readings.
4. Trunk should be empty except for spare tire and jack.
5. Place the front seat in the far rearward position, then turn ignition to On position to activate the electronic level control, if equipped.
6. Bounce the car three times at the front and rear to normalize suspension.
7. Measure from lowest point on the ball joint housing to control arm bolt centerline, ``D'' and ``Z'' positions.
8. Measure from level floor to rocker panel at ``J'' and ``K'' positions.
9. On 1989-91 models, measure from level floor to wheel opening at ``P'' and ``R'' positions.
