TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS

Try the following checks before doing the System Check.

1. Check the TAIL Fuse by operating the Park Lights.

2. Check the GAGES Fuse by operating the Rear Defogger and observing the Indicator.

3. Check the DRL Fuse by visual inspection.

4. Check the TURN B/U Fuse by observing the Backup Lights.

5. If the BRAKE Indicator is lit with the Ignition Switch in RUN and the Parking Brake released, see Brake Warning System for diagnosis.

6. If the Night Mode of the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) Module is activated in bright light, check that the Photoresistor is not obstructed (by dirt or lint, for example).
