Installation of the front license plate bracket pop rivets on 1992 Grand Am models may be performed using Kent-Moore Tool J-39312, Phillips Plastic Corp. PR-75 or equivalent in place of the suggested tool on the license plate bracket installation instruction sheet. Use of the Kent-Moore Tool or equivalent may facilitate easier installation of the license plate bracket pop rivets.
