1. Remove front cover as described under FRONT COVER.
2. On 1989-90 model 3.3L/V6-204 engines, remove camshaft thrust bearing.
3. On all models, align timing marks on sprockets so they are as close together as possible, Fig. 10.
4. Remove camshaft sprocket attaching bolts, then the camshaft sprocket, chain and crankshaft sprocket, Figs. 11 and 12.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Install chain with No. 1 piston at TDC, timing mark on camshaft sprocket facing straight down and timing marks on sprockets as close together as possible, Fig. 10.
