Center Mounted Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

Center High Mount Stop Lamp:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Cover (1) by pulling downward to disengage tabs (2) from slots (3).
2. Screws (4).
3. Lamp housing (7) by pulling downward to disengage centering pin (8).
4. Sockets (5) using a thin-bladed flat screwdriver to release retaining tabs.
5. Bulbs.
6. Lens (6) by releasing retainers from lamp housing (7).

Install or Connect

1. Lens (6) to housing (7).
2. Bulbs.
3. Sockets (5) to lamp housing (7).
4. Align centering pin (8) to hole in roof bow.
5. Screws (4).
6. Cover (1) by aligning tabs (2) to slots (3) and apply upward pressure to seat cover (1).
