General

1. Check WIPER Fuse by visual inspection.
2. Check that Wiper Switch Assembly connectors are mated correctly.
3. If wipers cycle in and out of "PARK" in "HI" and do not operate in "LO," "MIST," or "PULSE," check CKT 196 (YEL) for an open.
4. If Wiper Motor runs but wiper blades do not move, check wiper linkage at wiper crank arm.
5. If washer does not operate, check that:
- Washer reservoir is filled.
- Moses are not pinched or kinked.
- Nozzles are not clogged.
